IT Infrastructure Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the planning, implementation and ongoing management of our organization’s servers, networks, storage and cloud environments. The role ensures high availability, performance and security across all technical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage and cloud systems.
• Ensure high availability, performance and security of all IT systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery plans and business continuity.
• Oversee hardware and software installations, upgrades and maintenance.
• Enforce IT policies, standards and security protocols.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers.
• Lead and support IT support staff and technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and tools.
• Experience with firewalls, switches, routers and VPNs.
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
