Junior Business Analyst (Student Job)

About the role

Arηs Group, part of Accenture, is seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to support public‑sector IT projects. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to capture requirements, model processes, and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and analyse business requirements.
• Perform functional analysis and create models of business processes.
• Develop functional requirements, business cases and test plans linked to those requirements.
• Draft test scenarios and support quality‑assurance activities.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of information‑systems and large‑organisation administrative processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, able to address both business and technical audiences.
• Comfortable presenting at a high level and working in multicultural, multilingual settings.
