Junior IT Business Analyst – OT Services & Historian Platform

About the role

Join a nine‑person team delivering operational OT services through a historian‑based platform. You will support internal energy clients in power generation, trading, facility management and gas storage, using a data archiving and calculation system to produce insights via websites, spreadsheets and external tools.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and configure servers, data interfaces and client applications.
• Monitor system performance, verify data sources and follow incident‑handling checklists.
• Assist users with data calculations, analytical functions and tag management within the historian platform.
• Conduct training sessions for end‑users on historian‑based applications.
• Develop and maintain small‑scale web and application solutions using .NET, HTML5 and Python.

Required profile

• Junior‑level candidate, preferably enrolled in a relevant IT or engineering programme.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot incidents.
• Good communication skills for user support and training.
