Junior Project Coordinator – Life Sciences

About the role

As a Junior Project Coordinator in the Life Sciences sector at Capgemini Engineering, you will provide operational and administrative support to pharmaceutical and engineering projects, working under senior project leaders to ensure smooth day‑to‑day execution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to ongoing project activities.
• Monitor project progress and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date documentation.
• Organize and support project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actions.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders and escalate issues when needed.
• Track actions, risks, and deadlines, identifying potential issues.
• Assist with scheduling, resource coordination, and project deliverable tracking.
• Support the preparation of status reports, dashboards, and progress updates.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management within the Life Sciences industry.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP principles and regulatory constraints.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Curious, proactive, structured and eager to develop project‑management skills in a regulated environment.
