About the role

We are looking for a passionate Lifeguard to join our team at David Lloyd Clubs, Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. You will be the guardian of pool safety, ensuring members enjoy a safe and pleasant experience while complying with all health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas continuously to prevent accidents and enforce safety rules.
• Conduct water quality and safety tests according to company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of tests, incidents, and equipment checks.
• Provide first‑aid and emergency response when required.
• Assist members with queries and promote a positive club atmosphere.

Required profile

• Hold a valid NPLQ qualification.
• Strong passion for health, fitness, and water safety.
• Excellent communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset, willing to share knowledge and best practices.
