About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Lifeguard to join our team at David Lloyd Clubs, Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of members and guests at our indoor and outdoor swimming facilities while delivering a friendly, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas continuously to prevent accidents and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Conduct regular water quality and safety tests in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, tests, and safety checks.
• Enforce health‑and‑safety regulations and club policies for all pool users.
• Provide assistance and guidance to members, promoting a safe and enjoyable environment.

Required profile

• Valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) certification.
• Passion for health, fitness and wellbeing.
• Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to share best practices.

Required skills

• Ability to perform lifesaving techniques and first‑aid procedures.
• Competence in conducting pool water quality tests.
