About the role

Join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group as a Lifeguard, ensuring the safety of members at our indoor and outdoor pools. You will be the first line of defence, maintaining a safe environment while helping members enjoy a great experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor poolside areas to guarantee member safety at all times.
• Conduct pool water quality tests in line with company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of tests, incidents, and safety checks.
• Assist members with queries and provide a welcoming atmosphere.

Required profile

• Hold a valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) certification.
• Passion for health, fitness and wellbeing.
• Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset, willing to share knowledge and best practices.
