About the role

Key responsibilities
- Monitor poolside areas to guarantee the safety of all users.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular pool water tests according to company guidelines.
- Accurately record and file all required documentation.
- Assist members with queries and provide a welcoming environment.
Required profile
- Hold a valid NPLQ qualification.
- Passion for health, fitness and wellbeing.
- Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
- Team‑oriented mindset, willing to share knowledge and best practices.
