About the role
We are looking for a passionate lifeguard to join our team at David Lloyd Clubs. You will oversee poolside safety and help members enjoy a great experience in our indoor and outdoor pools.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor pool areas to ensure the safety of members and guests.
- Conduct pool water tests and record results according to company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate health and safety documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Provide assistance and guidance to members as needed.
Required profile
- Hold a valid NPLQ qualification.
- Passion for health, fitness and wellbeing.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Team‑player attitude, willing to share knowledge and best practice.
Required skills
- NPLQ certification (lifeguard qualification).
