Logistics Customer Service Agent

About the role

As a Logistics Customer Service Agent you will be the bridge between our customers and internal teams such as warehouse, transport and customs. You will ensure that orders are processed accurately, that inbound and outbound flows run smoothly, and that any operational issues are resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics flows in the warehouse.
• Organise and follow up pre‑carriage and on‑carriage transport.
• Process administrative logistics files for assigned customers.
• Check and follow up data required for invoicing.
• Handle damage claims and operational deviations.
• Resolve operational issues in cooperation with internal departments.
• Act as the operational contact between customers and internal teams (warehouse, customs, transport).
• Follow established processes and customer‑specific work instructions.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose proactive solutions with stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Required profile

• Initial work experience in an administrative or customer‑facing role.
• Knowledge or background in logistics is a plus.
• Customer‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
