About the role
We are seeking a proactive Logistics Specialist to lead export procedures for e‑scooters and electronic cars, managing end‑to‑end international shipments from Vietnam to Denmark. The role ensures smooth export operations, compliance with customs regulations, and effective coordination across global teams.
Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of export declarations and customs clearance processes for shipments originating in Vietnam.
- Prepare and manage all required export documentation, ensuring timeliness and compliance.
- Act as Seller Exporter of Record (EOR) and coordinate international shipment arrangements to destination ports.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to arrange transport from origin to port and ensure cargo readiness.
- Support import customs clearance and warehousing/distribution in destination markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Business Operations, Market teams) to align export‑import activities.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, export‑import, or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of international shipping and customs procedures.
- Experience handling export/import documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Familiarity with EOR/IOR concepts is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
