Management Advisor to Chief Data Officer

Join Tryg’s transformation journey as a Management Advisor to the new Chief Data Officer. You will help shape the data strategy and drive execution across the organization, ensuring the company becomes truly data‑driven.

Key responsibilities

• Support the CDO’s strategic agenda and co‑create the data strategy with senior leadership.
• Lead cross‑functional transformation projects that deliver measurable value.
• Prepare board‑ready presentations and decision materials for the data leadership team.
• Act as the CDO’s trusted right‑hand, providing confidential strategic counsel.
• Organise social activities, leadership gatherings and off‑sites to strengthen culture.
• Maintain an effective operational rhythm through calendar and administrative support.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in consulting or a comparable in‑house advisory role.
• Strong strategic thinking ability – can structure complex problems into clear action plans.
• Natural interest in data and its commercial value.
• Excellent storytelling, PowerPoint and executive communication skills.
• Proactive, independent and solution‑oriented.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
