Onsite Support Engineer (Mac & Windows)

About the role

Randstad Digital is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer who can seamlessly move between Mac and Windows environments while providing high‑touch assistance to a demanding user base, including C‑level executives. You will be the go‑to technical resource for complex issues and help keep the corporate IT infrastructure running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide second‑line support via phone, email and on‑site, with a focus on Mac OS (≈60%) and Windows (≈40%).
• Resolve advanced Mac‑related queries, deliver “how‑to” training and ensure Apple devices are AD‑joined.
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, printers and manage system imaging through Microsoft Intune.
• Support Logitech meeting‑room AV equipment and troubleshoot audio/video setups.
• Log incidents and solutions in ServiceNow and produce concise user guides.
• Contribute to IT process improvements and oversee the corporate printer fleet.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting Mac OS in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Analytical problem‑solver with excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
• Experience in large enterprises; familiarity with ServiceNow and MS Intune is a plus.
• Team player capable of delivering high‑touch support to senior executives.
