Produktionsingeniør / Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead process optimisation within our production support and automation team. The role focuses on analysing complex production lines, driving data‑based improvements and implementing automated solutions for products used from deep‑sea to space missions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle unexpected production incidents and reduce their occurrence through data analysis and predictive‑maintenance techniques.
• Develop and implement process control strategies and optimise manufacturing workflows.
• Validate production processes using structured testing and data‑driven conclusions.
• Monitor and continuously improve product, process and method quality.
• Document results and present improvement proposals to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent with roughly 10 years of production experience.
• Strong theoretical and practical background in production and process optimisation.
• Proven experience with structured problem solving and knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to drive tasks to completion and translate theory into practice while sharing knowledge with colleagues.
• Comfort with data, numbers and making decisions based on analytical results.
• Fluent written and spoken Danish and English.
