Remote Drupal Web Developer (Full‑Time/Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a talented and detail‑oriented Drupal Web Developer to join our remote team. You will design, build and maintain complex web applications on the Drupal platform, working closely with project managers, designers and fellow developers.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop and maintain Drupal‑based websites and applications.
• Create custom modules and themes using clean, secure PHP and JavaScript.
• Integrate third‑party services and APIs into Drupal solutions.
• Perform core updates, apply security patches and ensure module compatibility.
• Test, debug and optimise performance to achieve high uptime and fast load times.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge and document technical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience developing and supporting Drupal 9/10 platforms.
• Self‑motivated with strong time‑management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required skills

• Drupal 9/10 (including headless/decoupled implementations).
• PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Version control with Git and CI/CD pipeline concepts.
• Command‑line proficiency and local development using Docker.
• Automated testing of Drupal applications.
