Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this position you will interact with customers through chat, email and phone, turning inquiries into positive experiences while representing our brand across French-speaking markets.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions in French and English via chat, email and phone.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical, order-related or account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support platform.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk or Shopify.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
