Remote Support Specialist – MR/CT Medical Imaging (3rd Shift)

About the role

As a Remote Support Specialist for MR/CT medical imaging, you will provide expert technical assistance to customers and field service engineers worldwide. The role operates on a 3rd‑shift schedule aligned with East Coast U.S. time and may include occasional international travel for on‑site repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote technical support for Siemens MR and CT equipment, using Siemens Remote Services and remote diagnostics.
• Dispatch notifications, create quality action plans, and follow escalation procedures with HSC/QIB.
• Travel internationally as needed to assist with on‑site equipment repairs in Canada and Latin America.
• Provide feedback to the factory on system performance and support product improvements.

Required profile

• Associate degree or two years of vocational technical training.
• More than 8 years of experience working on MR systems.
• Strong English business communication skills.
• Willingness to work the 22:00‑06:30 shift (Sunday‑Thursday).
