Sales Contract Assistant (Part-time)

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Contract Assistant to support a leading global player in semiconductor and nanotechnology research. This is a temporary, part‑time position focused on vendor onboarding and contract administration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for vendor onboarding, including completion and management of vendor forms.
• Ensure accurate registration of customer portals in line with internal guidelines.
• Coordinate complex questionnaires by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve onboarding or registration challenges proactively.
• Maintain clear internal communication with all stakeholders regarding onboarding activities.

Required profile

• Tech‑savvy and comfortable working with various digital tools.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with strong administrative accuracy.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to evolving processes.
• Proactive, solution‑driven, and resourceful in problem‑solving.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
