Senior PSEAH Associate

About the role

The Senior PSEAH Associate will lead the development and implementation of the Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (PSEAH) work plan within an IOM Country Office. Working closely with national and global PSEAH units, the role ensures that PSEAH considerations are fully integrated into the office’s strategy, programmes and risk management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and operationalisation of an PSEAH work plan aligned with IOM and UN frameworks.
• Integrate PSEAH objectives into the Country Office Strategy, Crisis Response Plan and donor proposals.
• Coordinate with the National PSEAH Officer, Regional and Global PSEAH teams, and senior management.
• Contribute to inter‑agency PSEA networks, including joint work plans, risk‑management plans and community‑based complaint mechanisms.
• Collect, analyse and report PSEAH data in line with IOM data‑protection standards.
• Identify SEAH risks, develop mitigation measures and embed them in programmes and operations.
• Design, organise and deliver PSEAH training for IOM staff, implementing partners and key stakeholders.
• Prepare internal and external visibility materials showcasing results and best practices.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in PSEAH coordination within humanitarian or migration contexts.
• Strong knowledge of UN and IOM PSEAH policies and frameworks.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including donors, government agencies and NGOs.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with experience in data‑driven decision‑making.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
