SEO/SEM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. You will shape our content strategy, build high‑quality backlinks, and manage PPC campaigns on Google and Bing to maximize ROI and support overall business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, expand keyword lists, and optimise on‑page elements such as meta tags, landing pages and site architecture.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
• Launch, monitor and optimise paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to achieve target cost‑per‑acquisition and ROI.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Track, report and analyse performance metrics using GA4, Google Search Console and other tools, providing actionable insights.
• Research competitor advertising, keyword tactics and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup power to ensure uninterrupted work.
