Space Knowledge & Communications Expert (Non-Key)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a qualified Non‑Key Expert – Space Knowledge & Communications Expert to support knowledge management, editorial production, communication and visibility, digital knowledge platforms, and the dissemination of policy and technical content related to the Africa‑EU Space Partnership programme.

Key responsibilities

• Support knowledge management for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership programme.
• Produce editorial and communication materials, including policy briefs, case studies and visibility content.
• Develop and maintain digital knowledge platforms and online dissemination channels.
• Ensure compliance with EU visibility guidelines and promote the programme’s outcomes.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year programme) in communication, journalism, knowledge management, information science or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least three years of professional experience in communication, editorial production, knowledge management or digital content.
• Minimum one year of experience producing knowledge or communication products for donor‑funded or institutional programmes, including policy and technical content, case studies or digital platforms.
• Experience in the space sector or science‑technology‑innovation (STI) is a plus.
