Technical Recruiter (IT Talent Acquisition)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join TEKsystems’ talent acquisition team. You will focus on sourcing and placing IT professionals for our clients, receiving full training in the technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit top IT candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them from application to placement.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants to match them with suitable opportunities.
• Understand client business and technical requirements to align candidate career goals with hiring needs.
• Negotiate compensation packages, including wages and benefits, to secure successful hires.

Required profile

• Strong interest in a performance‑based environment with outbound calling.
• Excellent networking and communication skills.
• Grit, tenacity, and determination.
• Business fluency in Dutch and English.
• Enthusiasm for learning the IT industry through a comprehensive training program.
