Training Manager

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team and help brighten guests’ days by delivering memorable hospitality experiences. As a Training Manager you will design, implement and oversee training initiatives that support a harassment‑free, diverse and service‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training programs: design, plan and deliver hotel training covering topics such as harassment‑free workplace, diversity, new‑team orientation, leadership and service.
• Monitor and review performance: hold meetings with department managers, trainers and team members to analyse trends, create action plans and recognize achievements.
• Deliver continuous improvement: assess existing initiatives, identify enhancement opportunities and propose solutions for specific departmental needs.
• Manage training records: track, maintain and audit individual training records using designated systems and tools.
• Oversee departmental training programs: supervise programs such as alcohol awareness, food safety, job‑skills checklists and educational assistance.
• Inspire and develop the team: supervise, coach and foster a positive, productive work environment for team members.
