Data Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Data Operations Analyst to ensure the smooth handling, quality, and management of operational data supporting AI, machine‑learning, and business‑intelligence projects. The role involves monitoring, validating, and optimizing data ingestion, storage, transformation, and annotation workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage data pipelines and related workflows.
• Validate data quality and integrity at each processing stage.
• Prepare and analyse datasets for AI and data‑science teams.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data inconsistencies and errors.
• Generate reports on data‑operations metrics and quality KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve data‑handling processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of operational workflows and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in data operations, analytics, or pipeline management.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple operational tasks.
• Familiarity with cloud storage and workflow platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Data Fundamentals) are a plus.
