About the role
We are looking for a Digital Commerce Lead to shape and grow Alka’s online sales channel, Alka.dk. Reporting to the Commercial Leadership Team, you will be the primary driver of the digital commerce strategy and ensure the platform supports business goals and brand positioning.
Key responsibilities
- Own the operation, development and continuous optimisation of Alka.dk with a focus on conversion, performance and customer journeys.
- Design, launch and manage commercial digital initiatives based on e‑commerce best practices.
- Coordinate and prioritise work together with commercial and technical stakeholders.
- Provide daily sparring and technical guidance to the digital team and help build a strong e‑commerce setup.
- Implement a data‑driven approach to support strategic growth and long‑term digital sustainability.
Required profile
- Several years of experience in digital business development or e‑commerce with proven results.
- Deep knowledge of building and scaling commercially successful online sales channels.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data to drive decisions and improvements.
- Ability to work independently, take responsibility and influence a complex organisation.
Required skills
- Expertise in digital performance and conversion optimisation.
- Experience with web platforms and e‑commerce tools.
- Project management capabilities.
