Export Import (EXIM) Executive

About the role

Odhav is seeking a motivated Export Import (EXIM) Executive to oversee the end‑to‑end import and export processes for its operations in Chad. The role involves managing shipping documentation, customs clearance, and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth trade flows.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all import and export transactions, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal teams to schedule shipments.
• Monitor Incoterms and ensure correct application across transactions.
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and generate regular reports.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in export‑import, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures, shipping documentation, and Incoterms.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (advantageous).
