Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will partner with the business unit to ensure financial transparency, accuracy and performance. Reporting to the Business Head, you will support sales and functional leaders in meeting financial targets and operational KPIs, linking decisions to financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial insights and support business strategy through robust FP&A and performance analysis.
• Identify, assess and mitigate business risks, recommending corrective actions.
• Maintain strong internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance and facilitate smooth audit processes.
• Manage treasury activities, including banking relationships and working‑capital funding.
• Oversee capital‑expenditure planning, tracking and return‑on‑investment analysis.
• Drive accurate MIS reporting, budgeting and continuous process‑efficiency improvements.
• Develop finance talent and strengthen functional capabilities across the organization.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of post‑qualification experience in FMCG or manufacturing‑driven organisations.
• Proven background in Sales/Commercial Finance and FP&A roles.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Fluency in English; French is an advantage.
