Head of Property & Casualty Insurance

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to head our Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations. The role will drive strategic transformation, oversee a large team, and expand our service portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end P&C insurance operations, supervising a team of 400+ professionals.
• Lead major transformation projects using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to deliver measurable benefits.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and offerings, contributing to the Center of Excellence.
• Build niche capabilities within the organization and ensure alignment with industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative insurance solutions.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in managing P&C insurance operations.
• Proven track record of leading large teams and delivering transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of current insurance industry trends.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Full-time, permanent availability.
