NLP Data Annotator – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented NLP Data Annotator to support the development of cutting‑edge Natural Language Processing systems. You will label, classify, and evaluate text and speech data to improve AI models such as chatbots, search engines, and language understanding tools.

Key responsibilities

• Read and analyze text data following detailed annotation guidelines.
• Perform sentiment labeling, intent classification, entity tagging, and text categorization.
• Maintain high accuracy and consistency across all annotations.
• Conduct quality checks, resolve discrepancies, and meet productivity targets.
• Provide feedback to continuously improve annotation processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Linguistics, English, Communications, Computer Science, or related field preferred).
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent reading comprehension and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with large language model (LLM) training datasets.
• Familiarity with data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV.
• Knowledge of evaluation metrics (precision, recall, F1‑score).
• Experience working with APIs.
• Experience with data pipelines.
