Programme Analyst – Stabilisation (Niveaux 0‑2)

About the role

The Programme Analyst – Stabilisation will support the United Nations Development Programme’s Regional Stabilization Facility for Chad, contributing to the implementation of the national and regional stabilization, recovery and resilience strategy for the Lake Chad basin.

Key responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for the assessment of multidimensional fragility in Chad, including security, humanitarian, climate and socio‑economic dimensions.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting on the impact of Boko Haram, ISWAP and climate‑related shocks on vulnerable populations.
• Support coordination with national authorities, UN agencies and partners to strengthen state capacity and service delivery.

Required profile

• Must meet the eligibility level indicated in the vacancy title (Level 0, 1 or 2) and hold the appropriate UN contract type.
• Experience working in fragile and conflict‑affected contexts, preferably in Chad or the Lake Chad region.
