About the role
TalentWorldGroup is looking for a fluent Croatian speaker to join a leading European travel‑tech platform as a Remote Pre‑Sales Representative. You will contact homeowners, qualify their properties for the vacation‑rental marketplace and hand over promising leads to the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Call homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing leads.
- Conduct pre‑qualification calls, asking about property details, licensing, pricing and availability.
- Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system.
- Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up.
- Record interactions and follow‑up actions in internal dashboards.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
Required profile
- Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
- Experience in call‑center, sales support, lead qualification or customer service.
- Comfortable making both warm and cold outreach calls.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage CRM data.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Team‑oriented with good collaboration skills.
Required skills
- Aircall cloud‑based calling platform.
- Pipedrive CRM for lead and pipeline management.
- Internal dashboards and workflow systems.
- Basic proficiency with Windows 11+ or macOS 13+ operating systems.
