Remote Support Specialist 3 – Magnetic Resonance

About the role

As a Remote Support Specialist 3 for Magnetic Resonance (MR) equipment, you will deliver technical assistance to customers and service engineers worldwide, primarily through remote tools while supporting occasional on‑site interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for Siemens MR equipment.
• Dispatch notifications to Customer Service Engineers and create quality action plans.
• Use Siemens Remote Services and remote diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Follow escalation procedures and coordinate with HSC/QIB to drive solutions.
• Travel internationally (e.g., Canada, Latin America) for on‑site repairs when required.
• Supply feedback to the factory on system performance.
• Deliver product support, training, and technical advice to staff and lower‑level employees.
• Monitor field actions and manage escalations to maintain customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Associate degree or two years of vocational technical training.
• More than eight years of experience working on MR systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems remotely using Siemens Remote Services.
• Strong communication skills.
• Availability for a Friday‑through‑Monday shift (09:30‑20:30, 10‑hour days).
