About the role

Join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group as a Spa Host. You will be the first point of contact for members, guiding them through our spa experience and ensuring a welcoming, relaxing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members and act as an ambassador for the spa retreats.
• Explain the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room.
• Maintain the spa area to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Support members in booking and using spa facilities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a premium customer‑service environment.
• A genuine passion for health, wellbeing and hospitality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self‑starter who takes pride in delivering a high‑quality experience.
