Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this role you will assist customers in French and English, turning inquiries into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via chat, email and phone in French and English.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical or order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar help-desk platforms.
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce systems.
