Director of Finance

About the role

The Director of Finance will act as a trusted advisor to the hotel business, leading a high‑performing finance team and ensuring robust control, compliance and value creation for owners and shareholders. This senior position partners closely with the General Manager and multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all finance activities for the hotel, ensuring compliance with policy, regulatory and contractual frameworks.
• Partner with the General Manager and senior leaders across Finance, Commercial, IT, Procurement, HR, Operations, Shared Services, Owners and Asset Managers.
• Develop and mentor finance professionals, participating in finance development programs.
• Implement processes to ensure adherence to the hotel management agreement and report any non‑compliance.
• Analyse financial data, produce forecasts, projections and performance reports to support strategic decisions.
