Head of Finance

About the role

Dealflow is seeking a Head of Finance to act as the CEO’s right‑hand, overseeing all financial operations, driving strategic financial planning, and supporting the company’s mission to empower entrepreneurs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage weekly and monthly accounting, payroll, and coordinate annual audits.
• Develop financial models, budgeting, forecasting and support fundraising activities.
• Monitor P&L, optimise margins and maintain rigorous treasury management.
• Handle manual payouts, debt collection and provide general FinOps support.
• Oversee customer support related to finance, ensure compliance and risk management, and monitor transactions for fraud using AI tools.
• Establish and manage credit lines, maintain credit scoring algorithms and meet default rate targets.
