Medical Device Lead – Commercial Systems

About the role

The Medical Device Lead will provide in‑depth analytics expertise and functional/technical guidance on commercial systems supporting strategic initiatives for ADC. This role ensures compliance, accuracy, and consistency of complaint case processing while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver functional and technical support for commercial systems aligned with strategic goals.
• Review processed complaint cases to verify accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established procedures.
• Analyze case data for special scenarios and ensure tasks follow work instructions, procedures, and policies.
• Interface with Quality, Training, Compliance and external groups to address gaps or compliance issues.
• Escalate issues and problems to management promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Full‑time, permanent employment.
• Experience in quality assurance, compliance management, risk assessment, or related fields is preferred.
