CRM & Martech Developer

About the role

We are looking for a developer who thrives in fast‑moving environments, enjoys experimenting with modern tools, and can turn ideas into value quickly. As part of our CRM & Martech team, you will work in an agile, cross‑functional squad spread across Copenhagen, Helsinki and Oslo, shaping the technology that powers our sales, service and communication platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build and improve solutions that support internal sales, service, and communication domains.
• Contribute to technical direction and solution design within the CRM space.
• Balance speed, quality, and long‑term maintainability while experimenting and iterating.
• Use AI‑assisted tools daily to generate, test, and refine code, challenging outputs as needed.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a software developer.
• Comfort working in an agile, cross‑functional, international team.
• Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn.
• Pragmatic problem‑solving attitude and sense of humor.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools.
