IT Manager

About the role

The IT Manager will lead the hotel’s technology team, ensuring reliable operation of all IT, network, and telephony systems for guests and staff. This position reports directly to senior hotel management and works closely with all departments to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support for internal hotel IT systems, minimizing outages.
• Supervise the IT department, overseeing service delivery, budgeting, and compliance with IT standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and apply it to maximize system benefits.
• Ensure legal and security requirements for IT governance are met.
• Identify current and future technology needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Build strong relationships with all hotel departments to understand and fulfill their technology requirements.

Required profile

• Previous IT management experience, preferably in hospitality or service sectors.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to develop both self and team members.
