About the role
EMERGENCY is launching a new intervention in Chad and seeks a Field HR Manager to lead the establishment of the local HR function. The role requires excellent French language skills and a commitment of at least six months starting in August 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and develop the HR function in the new intervention context.
- Ensure EMERGENCY’s policies and procedures are correctly applied and adapted to local conditions.
- Collaborate closely with the Program Coordinator to define and build the country’s HR Office.
- Design contracts, salary frameworks, and oversee staff selection and onboarding processes.
- Manage registrations with competent authorities and handle all required administrative HR tasks.
Required profile
- Excellent knowledge of French (essential for operating in the local context).
- Availability for a mission of at least six months, beginning August 2026.
