Finance Manager

About the role

Olam Agri is seeking a Finance Manager to act as a strategic partner to the business unit in the country. You will ensure P&L transparency, drive performance against targets, and link financial insights to operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial insights and support strategy through robust FP&A and management accounting.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate key business risks, offering proactive solutions.
• Maintain strong internal controls, ensure regulatory and tax compliance, and manage internal and external audits.
• Oversee treasury activities, including banking relationships and working‑capital funding.
• Evaluate, approve, track, and review capital expenditures for cost, timeline, and return.
• Deliver accurate MIS reporting, budgeting, and drive process efficiencies in financial systems.
• Develop finance talent, strengthen the leadership pipeline, and promote knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of post‑qualification experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
• Proven background in sales/commercial finance and FP&A.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
