职位概况

ABB的流程控制平台（PCP）业务部门招聘IS业务分析师，负责支持、提升并创新研发、产品管理及市场推广的业务流程和信息系统。

主要职责

作为R&D、产品管理和Go‑to‑Market流程的业务流程负责人和唯一联络点，收集并记录痛点、风险、需求和用例。
将业务需求转化为可执行的技术规格，指导IS项目团队和应用经理进行系统改进。
推动PLM相关流程的优化，参与安全合规评估，向管理层汇报项目进展。
协助RFP/RFI工作，评估内部外部供应商方案。

任职要求

6‑8年相关工作经验，熟悉研发业务流程及产品生命周期管理。
具备良好的倾听和沟通能力，能够与技术研发及支持团队建立信任。
拥有需求管理和变更管理经验，能够在跨地域虚拟团队中推动项目。

必备技能

PTC Windchill PLM
Microsoft Project、Azure DevOps、Microsoft Visio
Microsoft Power Platform（Power BI）
Jira、Office 365
