Marketing & Public Relations Manager

About the role

The Marketing & Public Relations Manager will lead the development and execution of Hilton's hotel marketing, PR, digital, and social media strategies. This role aims to strengthen brand awareness, drive revenue, and protect the Hilton brand image across all communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual Marketing & PR strategy.
• Manage social media, digital marketing, website content, and promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and local stakeholders.
• Support commercial, F&B, and operational teams with targeted marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all communications and promotional materials comply with Hilton brand standards.
• Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing regular reports and recommendations.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the Marketing & PR team while managing budgets and projects effectively.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Marketing & PR, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage digital marketing, social media, campaigns, and media relations.
• Strong commercial awareness, creativity, project management, and leadership skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and French; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Eligibility limited to Chadian nationals.
