负责协助餐饮部部长和经理完成餐饮运营目标，推动落实标准化管理，确保餐饮服务质量与食品安全。
主要职责
- 协助餐饮部部长完成经营项目目标及计划的落实。
- 协助餐饮部经理监督执行服务规章制度和标准化手册。
- 组织落实8S管理，提升食品安全、工作质量和服务效率。
- 根据接待方案提供餐饮服务保障。
- 持续提升服务技能，提高客户满意度。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，专业不限。
- 2.5年以上酒店行业餐饮服务工作经验，其中2年以上领班或以上岗位经验。
- 熟悉餐饮服务工作技能。
