职位概况

负责ABB流程控制平台（PCP）产品化及市场推广的业务分析工作，支持研发、产品管理、销售等多部门协同。

主要职责

作为PTC Windchill PLM技术的主要联系人，推动产品化流程落地。
与应用经理、项目团队合作，优化PCP Windchill解决方案并完成安全合规评估。
为研发、项目管理等业务部门提供系统支持和改进建议。
主导小型项目或功能增强，定期向管理层汇报进度与风险。
协助RFP/RFI工作，管理内部外部供应商投标。

任职要求

5年以上相关工作经验。
熟悉研发业务流程、产品全生命周期管理及上市解决方案。
掌握PTC Windchill或类似PLM系统及其与其他应用的集成（API、BizTalk等）。
具备推动路线图、项目管理及维护任务的能力。
有管理虚拟团队、跨地域协作的经验。

必备技能

PTC Windchill / PLM
Microsoft Project、Azure DevOps、Visio、Power Platform（Power BI）
Jira、Office 365
API、BizTalk等系统集成技术
