Spa Host – Premium Health & Wellness

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Spa Host to be the face of our premium spa retreats. You will welcome members, explain the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room, and ensure a consistently high‑standard environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members as they arrive at the spa.
• Explain the purpose and benefits of each therapy room and service.
• Maintain the spa area clean, tidy and in line with premium standards.
• Assist members with any queries related to spa facilities and services.
• Promote a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all guests.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a premium customer‑service environment.
• A genuine passion for health, wellness and wellbeing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self‑starter who takes pride in delivering a high‑quality experience.
