Spa Host – Premium Spa Ambassador

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Spa Host to be the face of our premium spa retreats. As the first point of contact for members, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, explain the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room, and ensure the spa environment meets our high standards of cleanliness and luxury.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members as they arrive at the spa.
• Provide clear information about the various therapy rooms and their benefits.
• Maintain the spa’s cleanliness and tidiness to premium standards.
• Support the spa team in delivering a seamless member experience.
• Assist with any member inquiries and ensure a positive, inclusive environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a premium customer‑service setting.
• A genuine passion for health, wellness and wellbeing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self‑starter who takes pride in delivering high‑quality experiences.
