Spa Host – Premium Spa Ambassador

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Spa Host to be the face of our premium spa retreats. You will welcome members, explain the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room, and ensure a pristine, relaxing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members to the spa area.
• Explain the benefits of each therapy and treatment.
• Maintain the spa to the highest cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Support members in booking and using spa facilities.

Required profile

• Experience in a premium customer‑service environment.
• Strong passion for health, wellness and wellbeing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self‑starter who takes pride in delivering high‑quality experiences.
