Spa Host – Premium Spa Ambassador

About the role

Join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group as a Spa Host. You will act as the first point of contact for members, welcoming them to our premium spa retreats and helping them understand the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and provide a seamless check‑in experience.
• Explain the benefits of each spa therapy room and guide members on available treatments.
• Maintain the spa area to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure the spa environment reflects the premium brand image at all times.

Required profile

• Experience in a premium customer‑service environment.
• A genuine passion for health, wellbeing and wellness.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self‑starter who takes pride in delivering a high‑quality member experience.
