Business Development Specialist – Remote

About the role

Sunhill Business School is looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist to join its international team. The role is fully remote and focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth for the school’s education and training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with corporate, academic, and institutional stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to explore new business opportunities and emerging trends in education and professional development.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to expand Sunhill Business School’s presence in international markets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Academic Affairs, and Operations teams to optimise programmes and service offerings.
• Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and reports to key decision‑makers.
• Manage and nurture long‑term client relationships with a focus on satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or strategic sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of working independently and remotely.
• Experience in the education, training, or professional services sectors is advantageous.
• Comfortable with international collaboration and occasional business travel.
